Cambridge IGCSE Additional Mathematics (0606) is a separate, advanced qualification for high-ability students already achieving (or on track for) a grade A, A* or B in IGCSE Mathematics (0580). It introduces calculus, functions in depth, advanced algebra, trigonometric identities and vectors -- content not found in standard IGCSE Mathematics -- and is one of the strongest possible preparations for A-Level and university-level Math. How We Teach IGCSE Additional Mathematics.

We begin by securing the algebraic fluency that Additional Mathematics depends on, because most lost marks come not from missing knowledge but from skipped steps and imprecise notation.
